faint positive then gone 20 mins later

I normally test everyday, but today seemed different. I seen a complete positive line form as the test read to the negative side. So I took another and got into the shower, and that's when I seen the faint positive on test number 2. Then right before I headed out to work the test strip was completely blank...

It's my understanding that a disappearing positive is a negative, but there are some conflicting reports on that fact. In my experience, they are negative. Still, worth re-testing in a couple of days. Good luck!

I had the same thing after about an hour on a frer last month! I couldn't believe it. I hope yours turns into a true bfp!

Sometimes the steam from yhe shower can cause wierd things to show up on hpts for a bit then it goes away. It could have been that.

I’ve had this happen before too and chalked it up as a bfn.
