Fallback rise? Chart experts, help please!

I thought I O'd on the CD14, but FF says 16, but it has the dashed line. Does this look like a fallback rise? If so, doesn't that mean I actually O'd on CD14?

I think FF has put that you od on cd16 because you got your positive OPK on cd15... usually you get your positive before ovulation, which is why it would have given you cd16 as your O date.
