Fallopian Tube Cannulation?

Anyone here had a fallopian tube cannulation (aka fallopian tube recanalization)? I was booked for an HSG today and while I told pretty much every admin and nurse that my gyne had talked to the radiologist about the booking, no one listened. I was supposed to be booked in for a Fallopian Tube Cannulation (which no one told me) so now I have to wait yet another month to undergo anesthesia IF he's available, otherwise it'll be January. I am pissed, my gyne is and unfortunately we both took it to the admin in the diagnostic imaging office.

Aargh, anyone had a BFP after cannulation as well?

That sucks cooch. No radiologist has that experience?

Apparently they're booking it as a cannulation but it's not definitive that it's blocked - just that they need to use a finer guidewire. Who knows. This process of getting pregnant sucks by the way, lol.

I'm Scotland in UK and they don't advise you try to unblock it. I would have to pay privately to get it done and we only have 2 private hospitals that may do it and so far none have committed to the procedure. Its cos everything is public sector over here its a shoddy service unless you have an urgent life threatening condition and then they are fabulous at trying to save lives. xx
