family status

I am unable to change my family status....every time I change it and press the save changes button it goes back to ttc....is there anything I can do about that?

Please update your birthday (if you wish to keep this hidden, Select 'Hide Age and Date of Birth').

done that....but it did not work....
tried it a few times and then suddenly it worked
