I'm absolutely rubbish at guessing as i cant even spot the nub BUT you're scan looks so similar to mine! (EDD 28th June) so i'll be watching to see what people think of yours.. xx

By top image of the nub I say girl (it's angled down a bit and is pretty parallel with the spine). The skull shape is also very girly!
