Fat

Gabbi has cheese sauce. She also has fruit with natural yogurt. I use salt free lurpack butter or olive oil, although sometimes sunflower oil. She also has HiPP cereal with fruit and bedtime one with fruit after tea.

When older you could try rice cakes with cream cheese, but can't remember what age from, probably too soon at the moment.

My HV gave me a really good suggestion... fruit jelly cubes (not the instant stuff) dissolved in water as normal but then make up to 1 pint using full fat milk - goes down a treat here or blancmange ( I use half the sugar they recommend and it still works well)!

I used to love that as a kid!

Just updating again....

My mum took Harry to be weighed today and he's gone from 14.14 to 15.7 in the past fortnight which i'm delighted with!! Obviously the high fat/calorie diet is doing the trick :)

bean counter - me too so I'm never upset if he doesn't eat it - I can always help him out! Unfortunately he usually wolfs it down - d'oh!
