Yes Saturday and Sunday the 17th and 18th did you take your bbt late (weekend) or tie a few on Friday or Saturday night? No offense as I burnt the candles on both ends on the weekends before pregnancy and this is why I ask 
It would affect my Sat and Sun morn bbt's from time to time and they would be abnormally high. Drinking the night before even in moderation can mess with your bbt the next morning in addition to disturbing your sleep cycle for some women.
