Fed up

I'm so fed up I keep throwing up when I cough (always the nice things not the healthy stuff grrr), my OH just seems permanently miserable, I'm constantly tired and uncomfortable but feel guilty for not as that seems to be the only thing that brightens him up. I just feel really down and don't know whether it's hormones or how I feel about my life at the moment (baby aside).

Does anyone else get like this?
