We are going to Blackpool on Saturday for the day and was wondering how you prepare your bottles when you are going out for the day I can't take ready made as they don't agree with lo

I usually pit boiling water in the bottles and my nappy bag has an insulated part that keeps them quite wrm then add formula later, or I have also used a thermos to heat th water up then add formula

I always take a flask of cooled boiled water & sterilised bottles with a formula container with the right amount of ounces in, easy :)

Same as pp take a thermos flask, and powder in the little milk dispensers (they hold 3feeds) take 3bottles out with me ( I sometimes pour 2oz cool boiled water in first bottle before putting in bag then when shes ready for feed, I top up bottle with 2oz from flask which gives me 4oz at a perfect temp then add my 4scoops powder from dispenser. X

We pre-make our bottles so I just put them in a cooling area in the diaper bag with some ice packs. I ask for hot water at coffee shops to warm them up in (all the places I've gone to are more than willing to give me a cup of hot water for this)

I do exactly this. It's so easy! X

for a 4 oz feed

2.5 ounces room temp water,
boiled water straight into thermal flask. When Bella wants feeding top bottle up to 4ozs with water out of flask.
Simples.

You can buy storage containers for powder etc in all supermarkets for around a pound.
also sterilize the thermal flask etc.x

In fact id just like to add - I take the pre-made bottles out of the fridge keep them in an insulated bottle place in my change bag and I have a tommee tippee bottle warmer so I dont have to ask for hot water wherever we go

This is one of my BEST buys since LO was born. It's not the electric one. It's basically a thermos flask with a white cover and it was fairly cheap. But you pour the water into that cover and the bottle warms in like 1 minute it's so fast! Dead easy. I'd recommend it x

I do exactly what boo44 does :) quick and simple xx

omg those tommy tippee bottle warmers rock!!! i love it. when we are out and use it i am naughty and pour any leftover hot water into the teapot and get an extra brew haha!

we also premake bottles then reheat (bad parents!)
