Feel like I'm always in pain

For a few weeks I've been feeling pains in my abdomen and uterus, which I put down to stretching
Yesterday I had really sharp pains low down so I went to get checked out, I was told everything was fine and its stretching but didn't get scanned, just listened to hb which was strong
But now today I have a really strong shooting pain down the middle of my stomach, it eases off then comes and goes
I'm so worried I don't know what to do, does anyone have why advice? xx

I had this feeling on occasion but its been over a week since I felt it. I was feeling it in the upper abdominal area a dull pain that was consistent. I assumed it was abdominal intestines moving to make room for growing uterus. Drinking water kinda helped me.
