Feel like I'm drowning...What keeps your afloat?

How do you keep calm? It may be hormones but I'm so frustrated feel so angry inside. Feel like I'm going to bite everyone's head off today!

AF started on Saturday, and ever since I've felt so angry just want it to be 'the positive month' it's so HARDDDDDDDDD! Just want things to go the way I want now not all these complications and issues that keep coming up!


What keeps you afloat?
 
I have total melt downs sometimes. I cry and get angry for a few days and then I reflect on where I am, recognise my the achievements and make a plan to face my next set of obsticatals.

It keeps me a float but it doest mean that I dont want to sink the boat :)
