Feel like I've got flu :(

I'm 7 weeks. Suffer from HG but am on cyclizine and it's been helping. But today and yesterday I feel like I have flu. Body aches eyes hurt neck hurts. Just feel weak.
Been confined to my bed the past few days this is just so awful and I cannot enjoy being pregnant

Wish I could sleep the next few weeks away. I wanna cry.
