Feel like something is off..

To say I don't feel good would be an understatement.
Within an hour I've gone from feeling fine, to be ridiculously hot, have a headache, dizzy spells, my upper-back is killing me to the point I can barely sit up straight and can't get comfortable and I have this overwhelming feeling I am going to be sick. I'm not so worried because LO is still moving around but I just feel like something may be off...

It sounds to me like you're overheating. I get the same feelings when I'm really hot. Even if I was cold a few minutes prior. I would take a cold bath or shower, based on how long you can stand up. I hope you feel better =] Also, I have been told by so many people, including online forums, that as long as the baby is still moving he/she is doing just fine. If you can't seem to cool yourself down, or feel better at all, I would definitely talk to your doctor or try going to the hospital. It might be something else if you keep getting really dizzy. Try drinking water too if you haven't been.
