feel so achy anyone else??

this morning my belly and hips are really sore like ive done a 10mile run or something!! and my belly feels sore anyone else?

Yeah I'm aching too, feels like I've been doing sit ups! And the very top of my legs ache too x

Sometimes but not all the time. The other day my back ached really bad like period pain and today I have stretching pains in my belly but they go after awhile x
