feel so pregnant but scared im wrong

Hi ladies sorry if there's tmi!

I know it is very early but I am so sure I am having symptoms.

I experienced very sore nipples for 3 days I have never had that before but now its stopped ?

I also just have this feeling in my stomach it kinda feels like someone is putting their weight on me and Ive had a couple of pains that haven't lasted long.

Also yellow cm yesterday I don't know if that's a sign ?

I am 3 days late now but I have been late before and AF has showed up.

I want to test but I am so scared it will be negative and this will all be in my head

Anyone else feel the same? X
