My husband and I have been actively trying to conceive for the past 3 years. For about 4 years before that, we were having sex unprotected and still I've never conceived. I began tracking my ovulation 3 years ago and I can tell that I am ovulating regularly but still nothing. I've talked with doctors in the past but, b/c of my age (I'm turning 25), I'm always told that I'm probably "not doing it right". We don't have insurance right now which is why we haven't went to a specialist. What can I do? Every year that passes depresses me that much more because we want a child so bad. Any guidance would be so much appreciated. I know it sounds ridiculous but I feel so low not being able to get pregnant.

If you know you ovulate every cycle and still get BFNs, I suggest your husband to have a sperm analysis.
You can go directly to a lab and ask for this test. It's not expensive and at least you'll know if it's ok on his side.

Same here, my doctor doesn't take my case very seriously because I'm ovulating and look very healthy. I have an appointment (only!) in 5 weeks to run some blood work eventually.
My insurance doesn't cover fertility treatments/investigation either...

There are many reasons not to be pregnant such as block fallopian tubes, hormones imbalance... But you need to see a doctor to check on these.

Good luck!

I agree with above.^^^

First thing I'd check is hubby bc it's just one simple test. I ovulate on my own but my cycles are a bit funny sometimes so I assumed I was the issue. Was so shocked once all our results came in and it turned out male factor. Wish I had made him get a SA ages ago.

PS. You're not ridiculous. Being unable to conceive is a horrible thing to go through!
