Feeling less movement

I'm 22+3, and recently I've been feeling my baby girl move quite frequently but within the last day, I've haven't felt much movement. I will poke and prod to try to get her to move but it doesn't work. Once in a while, I'll feel a little roll, but it still worries me that she's not as active all of the sudden. Is it normal for the baby to have calm periods?

Yes, especially during growth spurts. I'm 27 weeks and my twins were quiet the last 3-4 days and then yesterday and today they are going crazy!!

in second tri, this little one would have quiet days. Always panicked me, but all was fine. It;s normal not to feel regular movement till 28 weeks. At 22 weeks, they still have a lot of room to move also, so they can shift and turn into position where you can't feel them as much.
