feeling ovaries working?

I am going to throw this question out there because my FS asks me every time I go if I can "feel" my ovaries working. I had Ovarian Drilling done in March and I have ovulated twice now, but I don't "feel anything different than before. Does anyone know what I should be "feeling" to feel my ovaries working. I was too embarrased to ask the doctor.

I have been on clomid and get crazy hot flashes with it, but that is the only think I feel.

From what I understand it all depends on how intune you are with your body....and what I think they are referring to when your doc says can you feel your ovaries working is ovulation pain???? I could be wrong but I am not sure what else they would be referring to.... Sorry that's not much help.....

I also think they mean stuff like twinges on one/both sides where your ovaries are.. x
