Do any of you feel really alone? Its like none of my friends understand and there out drinking and partying and thats not the bit that bothers me because whu shouldnt they its just im all alone now :/ i have my boyfriend but when he lets me down i have no one, i just want a friend whos pregnant we can go through it together and someone to talk to who undertands :'( btw my names poppy im 17 and 11 weeks pregnant xx

I was the same, I lost 98% of my friends when I was pregnant!

I was 17 when I gave birth, I turned 17 when I was 9/10 weeks

Where are you from? In Chicago there's tons of pregnant girls but I find I'd rather go through it with my OH and my little sister is my best friend. I'm Kristina, 16 and 34 weeks pregnant

im from hamburg,ny if your anywhere close to their i'd love a preg buddy i havent lost too many friends but i find myself hanging out less and them not really understanding whats going on but i do have a good support system and if you need anything you can always pm me or facebook me if im not on B&B my name is Bethanny Ann Ayerrs

Im from the uk girls :/, and yeah same its not that ive lost friends i just feel like a total different person that i was now, like when there talking about drinking partying going on holiday buying new clothes and how much weight theyve lost and then i cant join in, i just think itd be alot easier to have at least one close pregnant friend, but thanks so much, i deffo will and you can do the same to me if you ever need to thanks so much x

I didn't, but I came on here constantly, I have made a lot of friends on here who I spoke to since about 12 weeks pregnant and now our babies are one or turning one!

A girl where I live got pregnant 3 months after me, and we go to baby groups now but I think it was luck! There is a section here but it's pretty dead xx

I'm 23 so a bit older, but I know what you mean about it making you lose friends.
It's hard when people don't understand that you can't just drop everything at the last minute when you have a baby!
People are only really interested when you announce your pregnancy, and when you give birth ... if any of your friends are there for you for those bits in between, they're keepers!
One of my friends didn't even get in touch with me when my son was born. No text, no FB message, nothing.Even his Mum sent a card and he didn't! That was horrible.

The girls here are great! I used this section most when I needed a chat etc, and used the trimester forums for worries etc, so glad I had this site when I was pregnant!
