Been like this all afternoon but it seems to be getting worse.

So hard to explain but it feels like I'm going to have a mental nosebleed or something.
I feel awful and actually quite scared as home alone tonight :(

I can breath and not short of breath as such but I'm struggling to feel like I'm taking enough air in.

Feel dizzy but not lightheaded, got a terrible headache though

What's wrong with me?????

Sort of similar to the sensation I get when I wake up on my back but a lot worse

Try to rest up overnight, it could be your bp playing up, if you feel any worse call your dau locally. Headaches and all that can sometime be symptoms of nasties, either way you should get yourself checked over tomorrow by your midwife/doc/hosp

Rest as much as you can x

Thanks hun, I have quite a low bp so hopefully it's nothing nasty. Just wanted to know if it's normal to feel like this?!

sounds like i feel most days lately!! i nearlly build myself up into a panic attack thinking what the hell is going on!? drinks LOADS of fluids and try and have a good sleep and if still feeling the same later or tomorrow maybe give your doctor a call...xx

I am feeling a bit like this as well hun. Feeling dizzy even when sitting down, can't get enough air in, bit tearful as well. At first I thought it was that I hadn't eaten enough, and yes dinner did perk me up a bit, but still not quite the ticket. Try leaning over a bean bag or exercise ball, or go on all fours, let baby hang so you can get a bit more lung capacity. Also get someone to rub your back slowly up and down - breathe in on the upstroke and out on the down stroke. I find that really helps calm me down and relax me.
Hope you feel better soon, but if not, go and get checked out tomorrow xx
