Feeling so positive

I have decided I am fed up of being big! I weighed myself and couldn't believe I was 16st at 5ft 5!

Since last saturday I have been eating well and have been to the gym twice (the only times I could get there).

I have changed my eating habits and actually feel fantastic, my new diet is:

Breakfast: Meal replacement shake

Snack: Banana/ Apple

Lunch: Meal replacement shake/ Salad with chicken or turkey

Snack: Apple/ Banana

Tea: Balanced 600 calorie meal. Tonight I had pork, roasted potato and red onion and mixed veg

Snack: Natural yoghurt with fruit

Drinks: 2 litres of water


I have not been hungry once and guess what...............I have lost 6lbs in 6 days!

Feeling so positive. I even ran on the treadmill today, I haven't ran for years hahahaha

Congrats! That is amazing- so nice when we do right by our bodies :) It actually took me having my LO to finally go for it and lose that extra weight I'd been carrying around (and not motivated enough to lose) for years... such an accomplishment!
