I'm just over 18 weeks now,I feel so crappy,I'm super tired but cant sleep or get comfy in bed. Everything is aggravating (sp?) me,I'm snappy. I'm feeling crampy, like AF type but guessing this is stretching,I know tadpole is ok as I played with doppler, well,a couple of days ago. And feeling very heavy down below,I have little or no energy and now to top it off,our downstairs neighbours (they are Portuguese so they go away for ages quite often to visit their rellies) Have just come back from being away for about 4 months and they are very heavy smokers,we arent and the smell is awful,it fills our flat,I hate it,its making me feel worse! Anyone else feeling this crappy at 18 weeks? I thought we are supposed to 'bloom' around now? Well, not me!!! I wasnt like this at all when preg with DS!!!

hi, im 22 weeks and expecting twins. I have just this minute got back from seeing my doctor about the same thing...i cant get comfy at nite, i STILL cant stop weeing, the pressure below is SOooooo uncomfortable and iv been feeling absolutely exhausted and drained recently....i too thought we were meant to "bloom" and feel fantastic at this stage but apparently this isnt always the case. the doctor said everything i decscribed is completely normal, my blood pressure was fine and he is sending me for blood test on tues to double check for anemia which he feels is unlikely. dont worry, guess we are just the ones who dont "bloom" xxx

Glad I am not the only one!! Everyone says its because we are having a girl as I was the complete opposite when preg with DS!!!! Even though I have a feeling its another boy tho! Will find out in 3 weeks!!

Hi!
I certainly haven't bloomed! I'm super tired, crabby and achey! I never bloomed with my daughter but did with my son and I felt fantastic! I guess for me the saying is true, when you carry a girl they steal your looks!!! Ugghhhh roll on the next 20 odd weeks! Xx

I'm the same. very tired, irritable - TONS of pressue very low down. and talk about not being able to get comfy at night. I even have issues getting comfy during the day. I get home fwom work and go straight to the shower and stand there for at least an hour - it's the only way the bump is relaxed a bit. i just feel so full :-(

Maybe we do have a lil girlie in there then!!! Will see in 3 weeks!! lol!

I'm feeling exactly the same.. Can't sleep, don't feel rested, never comfy (no real bump yet)........ To top it all, all the goals I've set for myself (and haven't yet reached) are bothering the hell out a me, I feel useless and completely worthless.. Everyday I find myself not wanting the baby anymore and wishing that I wasn't pregnant.
I went from being moderately (almost) excited to now not wanting anything to do with the pregnancy or baby.. Not talking about it, Not been posting on here, not been making follow up OB/midwife appointments, stopped doing anything in LO's room, haven't bought ANYTHING for LO in AGES (not like me, coz I've "been" shopping up a storm, until a couple a weeks back and am a plan-a-holic, so everything has a set time, destination, work etc.. Just not myself anymore)
Aaaarrrgggghhhh... Hope it gets better- soon! (For all of us)

I haven't bloomed as yet either, I'm constantly knackered and struggling to stay awake yet when I get to bed sleep seems to be out of the question :-(

Doesn't help that I usually sleep on my back and I'm not adjusting well to lying on my side at all ... x
