Feeling weird 'down below'

AF is due Sunday 12th and I have has a tiny bit of spotting 1 day ago. The spotting stopped yesterday afternoon, as did the cramping sensations I was experiencing.

This morning I have a really heavy feeling down below. Almost achy? kind of like I have been baby dancing like crazy although I haven't for over a week. Never had a cycle like this, and its driving me crazy waiting to see if I am or not. Got a BFN on a test this morning. I didn't actually didn't hold out much hope for it, since I have only just stopped having symptoms of 'implantation'.

Makes me wish we hadn't took the natural relaxed approach as i dont know when i actually ovulated!

Anybody else experienced this? x

Not trying to alarm you but my sister in law had something like that and found out at 6 weeks she was expecting twins! FX
