Feels like i dont even have a midwife!!

Hiya, Im due in a couple of days (feels like i've been pregnant forever!!) and i started off having all of my midwife appointments at a small midwife led maternity unit, Anyway i developed a few complications to do with my blood platelets and they decided to move my care to the bigger hospital in the city. I've been having weekly blood tests and such there, It doesnt seem like i have a specific midwife as i have a different one each time. I had an appointment yesterday and the midwife came in, took my blood and told me to book an appointment for next week for another test (even though that'll be past my dd) I had to ask her to take my blood pressure and practically beg her to check the babys heartbeat!! I thought the last few weeks they tell you what position babys led in/estimated weight/what happens if you go overdue/inductions all that sort of thing!?! Im pissed off, just feel left in the dark a bit, like i dont even have a midwife!!
Has anyone else had this? or even just fill me in on whats supposed to happen during the last couple of appointments?

My MW has been rubbish so dont feel you missed out too much! My Dr forgot to pass my details on to her and she didnt even see me till 26wks. She dosent seem to have a clue either. I had my last appointment with her on Wed, she did listen to baby, measure me, do BP, and dip urine..... but thats it and sent me on my way. I have my next appointment at the hospital when i'll 41 wks and have no idea what will happen if i have to attend that appointment.
