Feels like I have a lead weight in my stomach

So I am 6 weeks today, and feeling really bloated and like I have this incredibly heavy item in my stomach all the time!!!

Please tell me other people feel like this? I am hoping its just stretching etc but its uncomfortable!

I am only comfy when laying down!

i deffo relate but laying on my back feels worse,
so i lay on my side as i type lol
