Hi! I'm new to this website and I was looking for some advice.
I am TTC #1. I have done 3 rounds of clomid, all at 50 mg. I have ovulated each time around cycle day 14-19, but have not had a BFP.
At one of my previous appointments, my usual doctor was unavailable so I saw another RE. He decided it was time I try Femara (5 mg). I took the Femara, but have had 2 follicles "stuck" at 13 mm (over the course of several days) Today is CD 20. My doctor drew blood, and said it looks like "I'm not having a cycle" and that I should take another round of 50 mg of Clomid. I guess she's looking at this as the beginning of a cycle? But what about the 2 follicles at 13 mm?!
Looks like I will be ovulating very late, if I even ovulate at all. She is not concerned with the quality of the egg. Has anyone ever heard of this!? Do you think we have a shot this cycle? I feel so defeated this round.
