How many of you were already ovulating and took Letrozole? Before I started taking it I asked the doctor and he said the multiple rate was only around 7%, but I read that it is 7% overall and those not already ovulating will normally just conceive one, while those already ovulating on their own are more likely to conceive multiples. I do seem to already ovulate on my own every month (and have had 3 pregnancies in the past year with one going to 27 weeks). He started me on it to make stronger follicles. I am a bit worried about multiples (not that DH and I wouldn't love to fast track our family, but I am already high risk and just found out I do have some type of clotting disorder, so don't want to add the risks associated with multiples on top of that).

I see you had twins?!?! Was this the femara from this cycle? I hope you still check bnb :)

Wow! Congratulations. I was wondering about multiples. I am on my second cycle of femara I ovulate on my own but have had 3 miscarriages. I just want to get pregnant and carry a baby full term and if that means risk of multiples i will take it!

Good luck!

I ovulate on my own every month, and conceived twins with Letrozole. I had never heard that about it being more likely to conceive multiples when already ovulating on your own. But I would fit that picture!
