So Iv heard of this and suppose to help with milk supply but I just relized I bought Fenugreek Seed, instand of fenugreek herb ( such an idiot and wasted 12 damn $ ) is this totally different or will it work? I got it from CVS Iwonder if I can return it, im freaking out cus im BF and i took some omg
