Fenugreek?

How long after starting fenugreek did you ladies notice a change in supply? I have begun taking it today and am currently able to pump 2oz at a time ( Between feedings, both sides combined) Im hoping to be able to start pumping more as I have to start stocking up to go back to work!

It took about 3 days for me, but then I ended up so engorged I got mastitis lol! Needless to say, I'm not taking it anymore!

I took it along with blessed thistle (as recommended by my midwife) and it took about 3 days to really notice a difference. You need to wait for it to make your sweat smell sweet like maple syrup, that's when you know its working!

you should take fenugreek along with blessed thistle. It works better in combo.

I just started taking it today, along with blessed thistle. I have noticed my supply slowing down, and like you I get about 2-3 oz when pumping when I used to get about 4-5oz. Hopefully it works for us, Good Luck xoxo
