Fertility after birth

Hey Ladies!

I am writing to ask if any of you know of an ovulation calendar for woman who have just given birth? I had my Rayna on March 20th, and we have been given the go ahead from my dr to begin to try again(Hubby and I are both older, I'm 35 and hubby is 41).
It would be a lot of help!!

any cycles calendar will work if your cycles are regular

I guess I didn't add that I hadn't gotten my period yet. Seems like it's starting today.
I asked in hopes that I was possibly pregnant already!
