Fertility Blend

I heard some good things about fertility blend from Daily Wellness. I have regular cycles and noticed it contains Vitex. Has anyone tried this with regular cycles and have no side effects to their cycles or other bad side effects? I am nervous about using anything to mess up the one thing I have going for me right now, a regular cycle.

I haven't tried fertility blend, but used vitex both times ttc(natures way 400mg, 3x/day...still taking it 2/day til 16 weeks). First time I had just come off of 20 years birth control so I am not sure about my cycles. Last time I had normal cycles and vitex made me O a few days later than normal, but it was the month of I got my bfp. I took it along with fertile cm both times I got my bfp. Had the best EWCM those months compared to others. Best of luck to you!!!
