Fertility Diet

I have seen lots of you post about a diet you follow to help increase your chances of conceiving. I can't find the name of it anywhwere. If someone could post the name and where I could find information about it I would be greatful.

There is a book called Natural Solutions to Infertility, which makes suggestions about foods to eat and to avoid, and how much of the different vitamins and minerals are recommended.

I hope that is what you were referring to ...

The PCOS diet is pretty good (if you have PCOS). It's basically a low GI diet. I got mine from Amazon I think.

Currently doing Slimming World though and seem to be doing OK. I guess it depends on if you want to lose weight or if you just want to eat food high in fertility boosting nutrients?
