Hi everyone
Thanks for stopping to read
I'm feeling really alone and just need to chat with others and hopefully get a little bit of advise.
I'm in my second round of letrozole today is day 11 my folic Le was 11mm so better than last cycle but my lining is only 1.5mm
Obviously this was really gutting. I have under active thyroid and although it was stable the test last week came back slightly high. My doc said that it was ok and to stay in the dose. The nurse at the clinic today said it was a bit high and that may be affecting it but didn't say anything else.
I'm now desperately rather crazily trying to improve my lining. Does anyone have any tips?
I'm so worried that this month won't work and they won't put me back on it or up my dose next month because they will blame my thyroid.
I have pcos and was on the pill for 8 years i came of at the beginning of last year and haven't had a cycle since, which is when the pcos was diagnosed. I just want to feel normal and have a proper cycle
Any advice lovely ladies?

I have heard black cohosh works well with clomid to improve lining. I am currently taking them both. My last cycle of clomid really thinned my lining so I am hoping this helps. There are quite a few studies on its effectiveness.

The best natural lining builders I have found are raspberry leaf tea and beet root powder, otherwise your doctor can give you estrogen pills but it can delay ovulation.
