FertilityFriend peeps?

Okay, I fell off the waggon this evening and had a couple of glasses of wine

On FertilityFriend do I record that today or tomorrow? Obviously it cannot affect today's temperature so it seems wrong to record it today.

Ideas?

Any ideas on restless sleep - I had to puzzle over that one the other week!

I wonder about restless sleep as well but for me when not taking fertility meds my temps are very consistant restless or not so I dont know!
