Festive Ideas....

I am not cooking on either xmas day or boxing day this year (did it all last year and a massive 40th for myself a few days before)

So as I am not going to be spending prepping and shopping I want some nice ideas to have a different xmas time with my family........

Christmas movie marathon.
Going out for an early evening walk to look at everyone's lights.
Church nativity or carol service.
Drop a present off at your local hospital, emergency vets, or fire station.

Go somewhere nice for lunch/coffee and mice pies, ice skating, steam train trip?

Book a table somewhere and get waited on, then go home and watch movies and eat some more!! Lol

Alternatively, a friend if mine went camping a couple of Christmasses ago. They had BBQ for Christmas dinner and sung carols and played boardgames lol

Some lovely ideas thanks - Think I also will ask the children to write a list they did over the summer and it was really sweet - no big wants - just simple thing slike cooking and walks

Santa visit followed by hot choc and mince pies and an evening of xmas movies. Ice skating will be cool dependent how old ur kids are
