fever?

So I started to feel a little yucky last night, but not so bad and then i'm pretty sure i had a bit of my fever because i vaguely remember feeling really hot/cold/chills but today i'm just really really tired, so i'm obviously sick but..if i have a mild grade fever, is that going to make my body go into labor or only if i get really really sick? I just took some tylenol to try and keep it down but i'm still really nervous.

With a mild grade fever you should be fine. Chances are your body will just burn off whatever bug is making you ill.

If you start throwing up, or have diarrhea or such I'd call your doctor, or of course if the fever gets worse, not better.
