FF help please

Do I count pinkish red blood as CD1 ? Came off BCP in Oct, had a cycle of 30 days, and now a cycle of 27 days. My flow isn't heavy nor is it bright red so unsure as to whether to count today as CD1 ?

If you have to use a pad or tampon, then today is CD 1 for you.

Spotting isnt cd1, the first day of full flow is x

According to TCOYF CD1 is your first day of full, red flow. So if that happens by midnight you're on CD1 today.

On ff it says to count CD 1 as your first day expierencing a full flow. Its ok to also mark spotting in days eadinng up to this day.
