well.. after months of Ffion trying to do aerobics off the couch she finally succeeded she launched herself over the arm of the couch and banged her face on the corner of the coffee table! she now has a 'corner' shaped bruise on her face... https://i163.photobucket.com/albums/t320/tezzy-wezzy/ffion-2.jpg you can see the corner of the table marks on the left hand side of her face (on the right of the photo)
Aww bless her! Grace has a bruise on her bum from when she was standing up and she fell onto one of her stacking cups!
