File too big?

I've just tried to add photo but I get the message "file too big" I don't know what I've done wrong the photo was taking with the same camera as normal and one of the other pics I took at the same time has uploaded no problem so why am I having issues with this one? Can anyone help?

You need to resize the image before uploading.

If you google "easy thumbnail" it's a free program that you can download that will allow you to shrink your files pretty easily. It's what I use for all of my photos

I use photobucket or imageshack

I know I always chip in with this but most of the photo's I use I've already uploaded to facebook. I just download them from there and the file size is small enough to use on here x
