Finally getting answers and work done.

I had my first FS appointment today.
They think I might have PCOS.
On CD 2-3 im having lots of blood test and on CD 10-12 i'm having a scan.
They also put me on Metformin 500mg (one tablet a day)

~Hey huni how irergular are your periods? And what kind of scan u having? Also did the give u that medication before any kind of scans? I know i answered your question the other day cause u asked what they do at your first gyno appointment but i have a scan in a few weeks and just wondering if she might off me the same medication.. did they not mention clomid to you??

My period are very irregular, some months i don't get them. I'm having a baseline scan (check the health of everything i think). They gave me the meds b4 the scan to get things in motion.
They didn't mention clomid yet as they probably want to do the tests first.

They may do give you the same meds as me.

i am interested in getting metformin as soon as my FS appointment comes through. I have PCOS - do you think they'll try me on that first?

Yeah they may try you on Metformin. Its a good one to have whilst having pcos.
The Gyno said to me that pcos and diabetes have the same link of genes or something, cant quite remember. lol
