Finally got my BFP after four years unprotected but not officially trying

We decided on Monday to officially start ttc and my partner was booked in for the doctors on Tuesday to speak about family planing as I was extremely sure about their a fertility issue with one of us. Then this today after feeling off for a couple of weeks and not myself. I'm literally in tears, never though this would be me.
