Thanks, just waiting for the exact date im having it done, but should be last week of jan fingers crossed.....we have been ttc for 17 mths now. to be honest found it so hard when af arrived xmas day knowing i would be going into 2010, another new year not pregnant.....but got to try & stay positive...hopefully lap & dye will show all is fine then we can go ahead with iui in march/april time...or if the lap shows the endo that i am fearing i do have then hoping it will be removed there & then. I see you have been ttc for many years....& was diagnosed with endo & had many laps done.....do you mind me asking why? sorry i am so new to all this lap info....did it keep growing back? ive had all the scans & it doesnt show anything but from the knowledge my doc gave me he said scans do not show it ...i have many symptoms of endo.....painful sex, pain when going to the loo, bad low back pain almost all the time but gradually get worse from mid cycle to af arriving, painful periods....all these & my fs said i didnt need a lap...so i paid private & the specialist agreed i need the lap! sorry i have waffled on....xx

Hey hun, I had a laparoscopy, hysteroscopy, dye and ovarian drilling in November. TBH it wasn't that bad and I was fine that evening. I then started on clomid and am now cautiously expecting.

Good luck with the surgery, You'll be fine. xx
