Finally Ttc after abdominal surgeries

I'm finally ready to try for baby #2. I am so scared. I want a second baby very badly but have had 4 abdominal surgeries since my last pregnancy. I'm not positive it is even possible. My doctor said if I don't get pregnant after a few months of trying they will do a scan to look how my scar tissue has developed since past surgeries.

Either way I am ready to begin my journey! I'm praying for a functional body.
