Since June 2012 when my partner lost his jobs we became reliant on benefits, something we didn't want to do but we had to, to keep our family together & to live.
It has been hard this past 6 months, only enough to cover food, bills & the odd treat which was nothing extravagant. Since the beginning of this year our luck has changed, I start my part time job this Saturday at a local children's play center as a party host / center co-ordinator which I am VERY excited about & today my partner got offered a job at a local building site, which will mean we will be bringing in what we used to when he worked! I am very excited to stop getting JSA & worrying about what we are going to do, now we can live without benefits & feel good again, things are finally coming together
