hi ladies ,
wondering if you can help ,im due to finish my mat leave end of xmas i was self employed before lo .... any ways i cant go back in to my self employed job so would i be able to get job seekers why'll im looking for a new job .

Yes, especially if there's no way you can go back to your old work. Your be entitled to income support rather than JSA because your LO is under 3 years of age x

awww thanks for that hun does it matter if your married hubby earns 20k a year ,does it just depend if your trying yourself to get back into work x

Oh in that case, it does! He'd be expected to provide for you so you wouldn't be entitled to either! You might be able to claim some housing benefit though, you'd need to speak to your local council about that one though x
