First BFN is Rubbish!!

Hi everyone, I simply want to have a mini moan, so thanks for reading in advance.

2nd cycle of TCC #1 and I'm already feeling disappointed at my first BFN!! Don't get me wrong, I love TCC during the baby making week which is full of hope and positivity and I don't mind going for round 3 of baby making.

But I am surprised at how disappointed I am already! I feel really silly for it!
I sort of knew it was going to be a BFN anyway and for some reason I have got it into my head that it will happen in our fourth month...no idea why..? Maybe I'm going slightly mad...

To top it all of, the bloody witch still isn't here! Doesn't she know that I have babies to make?!! She is more than welcome now!!!

I know it sucks and I could say it gets better but it doesn't. Try and use your disappointment and make it into a positive to motivate you more for next cycle. And remember you're not out until the witch arrives.

^WSS! Maybe your BFN was just a "BFN for now" and you'll still get your positive. It's not over till AF sings, right?

I know what you mean about feeling silly and disappointed, though. I've just gone off the pill, and am at CD15 with no O. And I'm really disappointed that my body doesn't seem to want to O right away, which makes me feel like a silly moaner-- I've barely been trying at all, not even one cycle, and I'm already impatient? There are women here who've been trying for years or months! I guess we can't help it, though.

I do know how you feel everytime AF shows i get more & more down but this month i'm trying positive thinking, well hopefully anyway lol

I know exactly how you feel hun. Last month was my first cycle ttc, and my period decided to show up cd35!! I am never that late so I thought for sure I had to be pg. But NO she was just late for the first time ever (my cycles are always 27-29 days) I couldn't believe it!! That

I know what you mean about feeling the disapointment This is my second month and I really thought that last month was my month but hey hum! How I see it is every month AF arrives, is a month closer to us getting that beautiful Hope that helps, I'll be stalking this post to see if your bfn turns into a bfp.

AF arrived yesterday, but never mind! On to a brand new cycle and it's true, every bfn is a step closer to a bfp!! xx

Ive just had my first BFNtoo and its not nice but as you said the ttc is fun just not the 2ww. Two weeks lasts forever. x x xx
