First HCG level at 200 4 weeks + 1 day

Hi Ladies I know that I only have one result back for my HCG levels and that it is really the rising of the numbers that counts. I am just a bundle of nerves though after MC in December and really dont want to go through that again.

What I guess I am asking is that an ok number to start with or is it pretty low and should I prepare for the worst?

I get my next levels done tomorrow...soo nervous

I only got one hcg done also and there is/ was a site called betabase.info but now I can't seem to find it either way 200 is good for ~ 15 dpo (assuming you ovulated 2 wks into your cycle)

Mine was 202 at 15dpo. He is now nearly 6 weeks old so I think that number is perfect. Congratulations....

Your hcg level is about 300 at 16 dpo, so you have statistically a very low chance of miscarriage.

There was a study done that had a large pool of pregnant women and all women that had hcg over 300 at 16dpo went on to carry the baby. All of them. It's hard to imagine better news than that.

Oh that is so good to hear, thank you I will keep you posted for my results tomorrow.
I guess after my last pg and not concieving for a while I started thinking it will never happen and then when it did I was waiting for something to go wrong. I am just going to relax now and go with whatever happens as it is out of my control.

Hey ladies I am much more relaxed today thanks...2nd level hcg results came back today at 509 so they have more than doubled in 48 hours I am very pleased with that... one more to do next Tuesday to check thay are still rising nicely. Hopefully in a few more weeks then a scan!

Update: last levels back from 09/07/13 @ 4506 a week after my first level...doctor is very happy with these and I have booked my first midwife appt in 2weeks.
