First IUI tomorrow, nervous about follicle size.

I have my first IUI tomorrow (this will be my 4th monitored cycle), and I'm a little worried about the size of my follicles and when they told me to trigger. At yesterday's scan I had one 21 mm and one 16 mm, and after looking at my blood work they told me to wait until this morning to trigger to give the 16 mm a little more growing time. I know I should probably stop worrying and trust their analysis, but this is the first cycle I've gotten really strong ovulation signs before I triggered, and I'm worried that the 21 mm is going to release before my IUI tomorrow morning. Anyone been in a similar situation, and did you ovulate before your procedure?

I always had pain before and after trigger too. Just have to go with it and hope everything works out. I know not that easy. Good luck!

One more thing, what blood work does your clinic do? Did they test your LH?
Your follie shouldn't release the egg without an LH surge
