I had mine this morning at 11am was in there for a hour talking about stuff (my last 2 pregnancys) they took my bloods etc

How did it go Babybear & MissJ

I was a lil dissapointed with mine. MW was a real lovely lady , top marks there But no blood test or urine test for confirmation I guess they rely on hpt's to be accurate. Other than that lots of info and a baby bible lol.

1st scan will be at 11/12weeks - after 22 Oct... Ages and ages away!

Hey huni, mine went really well, lots of bloods taken and a urine sample but she not confirm as she knows ive done about 12 tests lol so no much point haha. Lots of information and my MW was lovely, sent off for my scan date, was quite pleased with it.

haha tell me about the baby bible.....ive a lot of reading to do haha xxx

Glad your appointments went ok, you got your appointments with the midwife a lot earlier me, my midwife doesn't want to see me for the 1st appt till I'm 9 weeks, it feels like such a long time to wait xx

Mine went ok i was so nervous and got really embarrassed lol she had so much information for me but i dont remember half the things she said :S i was a bit confussed half the time lol but i know i got my first scan on the 22nd of september :S hopin it comes quickly, good luck everyone xxx

Neateye - did you get any blood tests? or have to give a urine sample to be sent off? I thought it was standard practice to do rountine bloods etc at your booking in appointment x
