First Midwives Appointment!

Hey everyone!
I've got my first midwives appointment coming up in a fortnight. (I've been seeing a doctor up until now) and I'm 15+3. Does anyone know what they'll do at this appointment and what I can expect? My doctor has been pretty average (Hasn't even felt my belly and I've seen him three times) and I'm apprehensive because I feel like will be a waste of my time and money like the last three appointments.
Any help would be wonderful!!!!

you should have some bloods taken (if i remember correctly) and midwife may use a doppler to find babies heartbeat, check blood pressure and urine also. xx
